On 7/14 pictures of algae from the East Basin were sent to Nicole White of Little Bear Environmental. They were also sent to Nancy with NYSFOLA. There were indications that it might be a HAB. To know more about HAB’s click here:https://mariavillecivic.com/lake-management/
We recommend everyone do their own research and reporting to NYSFOLA to confirm if the algae you are seeing is harmful or not.
